We have built a simulation of a residential and commercial building to show investors how a development actually unfolds, and where the risk sits at each step. It runs through six phases, from preparing the investment to remedying defects, and works through the challenges of each one.

The simulation follows the course of an investment and the resolution of the legal, spatial and operational challenges an investor meets when running a project.
In each phase we address specific challenges and set out the legal and practical solutions to them.
